Gratitude for the buddy system!
Crows are buddy system savants. When you’re out and about you may see a crow who APPEARS to be alone, maybe doing some foraging on the ground, but for sure they are being protected by a buddy up high, on lookout, ready to sound the alarm if a situation gets too risky.
I adore the small poetry of these crow earrings, sitting on high above your shoulders.
They’re avatars of our inner selves, and they’re a reminder that no one goes through this world alone, even when alone.
(They also remind me of the two birds in the tree of Jiva and Atman.)
Guess what. I sculpted them from photos of my crow neighbors, whom I love.
